Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, I only ship within the UK.
How long will delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days.
How much is shipping?
There are no additional shipping costs.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to pick up your piece. Further details will be shared in your confirmation email.
Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, all pieces are food safe and dishwasher safe. However, I recommend handwashing to keep them at their best for years to come.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I want you to love your piece. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days and I’ll do my best to help.
Do you take commissions?
Yes, I happily create custom pieces on request. Just reach out via email and we can chat about your ideas.
How is my payment processed?
All payments are handled securely through Wix’s payment system. I don’t store your card details.
